Behind LogiSPACE is a leadership team with deep experience in industrial property, development, and large-scale leasing.

Troy Bryant
Founder and Co-CEO

Troy has over 30 years experience in real estate across multiple sectors specialising in industrial, logistics and infrastructure and has held senior positions at leading domestic Australian companies including LOGOS, Woolworths Limited, and Stockland Corporation. Prior to founding LogiSPACE, Troy was Head of Development, Australia and New Zealand for LOGOS Property Group with one of the largest development and delivery teams across ANZ overseeing the procurement and delivery of over 3,400,000sqm of logistics projects. Many of these facilities being highly specialised featuring industry leading automation or temperature controlled. Troy specialises on working hand-in-hand with customers to deliver highly efficient SPACES to meet their business needs and has deep relationships leading real estate representatives and supply chain professionals in the industry.

Darren Searle
Founder and Co-CEO

Darren has over 26 years’ experience in the logistics, industrial and infrastructure sectors and has held senior positions at leading international companies including ~12 years in Property Development/Supply Chain roles on the customer side, at Toll and CSR. Prior to founding LogiSPACE, Darren was Head of Australia and New Zealand for one of Asia’s largest Logistics Developers, LOGOS Property Group, and drove the growth of the ANZ portfolio and development pipeline to in excess of A$15bn of Assets under Management.

Athlene Kyle
General Manager of Development

Athlene has over 12 years’ experience in ANZ property development and transactions, having joined from LOGOS leading several high-profile projects valued at +$4bn. Prior to working at LOGOS, Athlene held development roles at ISPT and Stockland. Athlene holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Masters of Applied Finance and is a designated CFA charter holder.

Josh Smith
Senior Transactions Manager

Josh brings over 10 years’ experience in the ANZ real estate industry, having joined us from LOGOS Group where he played a pivotal role in shaping and executing the transactions strategy as a key member of LOGOS’ ANZ transactions team that executed over $2.7b in transactions over 4 years (2021-2025). Prior to working at LOGOS, Josh was a Valuer at HillPDA. Josh holds a Bachelor of Business and Masters of Property Development.

Steve McMahon
General Counsel

Steve brings over 12 years’ experience in the ANZ real estate industry, having joined us from LOGOS Group where he was the Head of Capital Raising overseeing the raising of over $5b in equity from institutional investors for strategies across Australia, Japan, Korea, SEA and China. Prior to working at LOGOS, Steve was the General Counsel at Savills Australia and New Zealand. Steve holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance with Laws.

Brian Cho
Senior Design Manager

Senior Design Manager with 25+ years of architectural experience in Australia and overseas, experienced in the management of design and delivery of complex technical buildings, large-scale industrial precincts, warehouses, and logistics.

Lea Martin
CFO

Lea Martin joined LogiSPACE as Chief Financial Officer in March 2025, bringing over 30 years of finance experience, including 25 years in the property sector. She is a commercially driven finance leader with a strong track record in ASX-listed property development and investment companies, stapled groups, and boutique real estate fund managers.
